I have two teens with special needs. My son has Aspergers and my daughter has high anxiety/BPD.
"Fleeting Peace." I'm the type of person to touch the stove a bunch of times. I need to honor my instincts more. Sometimes in life you take emotional footsteps that feel like something you've experienced before. If you observe, you can respond. If you react, then remember you are human. Be kind to yourself, forgive and release. Look for the gift in the situation. Have gratitude. It's taken me 6 days to release and have peace with a situation. I did not approach it with inner peace. I let fear guide me. Lesson learned.
